Lumen Hall

Lumen Hall shows lamps from twelve small European makers in a former tram depot in Berlin-Moabit. Photographs never quite captured how the pieces change a room.

On the website each lamp starts dark and warms up as it enters the screen, timed to the real dimming curve of the bulb. In the showroom, the same labels hang on thin cords at shoulder height.
